WHAT WE DO
The project focuses on:
- Promoting contacts between companies.
- Promotion of sales of products and services on the Czech and Ukrainian market.
- Support for the sale of technology and know-how.
- Support for the establishment of joint companies in the Czech Republic and UA.
- Targeted support for specific projects of reconstruction and development of Ukraine.
Targeted projects will be focused according to priorities in the following areas: healthcare, digitalization, ICT, education, small green energy, Smart city, etc. The working group is currently collecting project ideas for further consideration and possible support. The group will provide support in all project phases (feasibility study, project documentation, pilot implementation, target implementation).
- Searching for partners for commercial cooperation.
- Initial detection of reputational risks in relation to cooperation with a potential partner.
- Risk assessment and determination of the level of transparency of the partner's activities based on interview and analysis of open data.
- Personal support by native speakers with knowledge of multiple languages during initial communication and ensuring coordinated exchange of information.
- Translation and interpretation in different languages.
- Organizing of contact events - workshops, social events, etc.
- e-trade gallery – support for trading of companies on the reciprocal markets of the UA, EU and the Czech Republic
- Personnel support by native speakers with knowledge of multiple languages during the initial communication within the initial preparation of sales of products and services.
- Provision of warehouse capacities and maintenance services - primarily in the Lviv region, then according to specific requirements.
- Support in specifying the procedure and selecting appropriate professional institutions and legal service providers.
- Personnel support by native speakers with knowledge of multiple languages during the initial communication within the technology and know-how sales procedures.
- e – recovery gallery – system for management of UA recovery projects (subsidy management)
- Support in drafting project plans.
- Support in specifying the procedure and selecting appropriate professional institutions and legal service providers.
- Personnel support by native speakers with knowledge of multiple languages during initial communication within the procedures for establishing companies in the territory of the Czech Republic and UA.
- We are currently preparing sophisticated support for the cooperation of companies and organizations through the digital E-platform.
- The E - platform will have several parts with different focus, but will be built as one effective whole, where individual parts of the platform will use data, process and functional synergies.
- e – trade gallery - supporting business trading on the reciprocal markets of the UA, EU and the Czech Republic
- e – crisis gallery - system for crisis supply and logistics
- e – help gallery - of evidence and management of the humanitarian aid process
- e – recovery gallery - system for the management of UA restoration projects (subsidy management)
